Carmen and Jeremy have a combined 35 years of pastoral ministry and leadership in both large and small organizations, mentoring leaders, developing volunteer teams, leading committees and ministries, and have experience leading staff teams.
SPIRITUAL RENEWAL

Renewal is a great word for what God is actively wanting to do in our inner lives at any given moment. He is wanting to bring His renewing presence and love into our lives to transform and initiate the work that only He can do when we partner with Him! Renewal happens when we give God full access to our souls and humbly posture and position ourselves in and with Him, to experience and embrace the fullness of all that He has for us. Through practical discipleship, listening prayer, integrating spiritual practices, inner healing and deliverance, we will partner with you to take hold of the kingdom keys that God has made available to each of us to unlock the doors of renewal in our lives!

To begin the new season of marriage well, premarital counselling is a valuable investment towards building healthy communication, understanding your relationship dynamics, and having directed conversation on important subjects that can often be forgotten in the whirlwind of wedding planning. Or maybe you just got married and are realizing that marriage is much more difficult than you had anticipated. We also are licensed to officiate wedding ceremonies, and can bring our expertise to planning and creating a meaningful and unique ceremony that celebrates the coming together of your two lives into one.
pastoral care and wellness for pastors and leaders

As pastors for nearly 20 years in local church leadership, we have experienced the highs, successes, and joys of pastoral ministry. We have also experienced the challenges, wounding, and heaviness that can be involved in answering the call of God to pastoral ministry. As you are caring for others, trying to pastor well, and helping others to encounter the love of God in their lives, it can leave you with a nagging question… Who is caring for the pastors? Who listens to them and helps them through their threshold seasons? It can be difficult to find safe people and places to process the ministry-related feelings of being stuck, confused, and lost. We have had the privilege of journeying with many pastors, spouses and leaders, equipping and encouraging them as they take healthy steps forward in their own personal and spiritual lives.
